By placing an order for Products through our Website, you are confirming that you intend to purchase our products. You place the order for your Products on the Website by clicking the ‘Confirm Order’ button at the end of the checkout process. During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed (which includes providing us with a valid phone number email address). We will then send you an email confirming receipt, the details of your order and the delivery costs, if applicable will be added to the purchase price.

Shower Scents may cancel orders where we find that you have not dealt with us in good faith or have otherwise breached applicable laws, even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been done.

Goods ordered by you remain Shower Scents property until you pay for them in full. Shower Scents may provide special offers in relation to our goods from time to time. At any time, Shower Scents may terminate any special offer without advance notice. Offers may not be combined with other promotions, offers and voucher codes unless otherwise specifically stated. If terminated, a special offer will apply to goods you ordered in good faith in accordance with these terms before the special offer has terminated.

Shower Scents reserves all rights to cancel the request for refund or exchange of goods.
